The reception system change.
Vážení vlastníci a nájemníci,
Na základě ohlasů obyvatel Korunního dvora a vyhodnocení provozu objektu byl upraven provoz recepční a strážní služby. Cílem je dosažení lepší kontroly areálu a eliminace nežádoucích situací, jako jsou zejména neoprávněné vjezdy a parkování, venčení a pohyb psů bez vodítka a zajištění větší operativy recepce/ostrahy v případě potřeby. Jádrem je posílení denní služby v pracovních dnech, kdy je areál otevřený a je zde zvýšený pohyb osob, zejména nerezidentů.
Po dohodě s Výborem SVJ Korunní 810 byl rozpis směn změněn tak, aby bylo dosaženo efektivnějšího provozu recepce/ostrahy při zachování výše nákladů na tuto službu.

Dear owners and tenants,
Based on the responses of residents of Korunni dvur and operation evaluation the concierge and security service has been modified. The aim is to achieve better control of the area and the elimination of undesirable situations, such as in particular unauthorized entrances and parking, walking and movement of dogs without leashes and ensuring the proper assistance if necessary. The core is to strengthen the daily services on weekdays, when Korunni dvur is open and there is increased movement of people, especially of non-residents.
In agreement with the Committee SVJ Korunní 810 the shift planning follows the more efficient operation of the reception / security while keeping the existing costs for this service.
