1.5. Second package part Dalkia is going to be ordered by Praha Sen on 8th August 2008. Savant will prepare time schedule for finishing of these items and notify R3 by 8th August 2008. 1.6. On Wednesday at 10.30am 13th August 2008 R3, Savant and Dalkia start process of hand over of finished items part one of Dalkia. Sav/R3 13.8.2008
1.7. Sewerage: Savant will specify items regarding sewage from list of defect from condominium dated 14th December 2007 by 15th August 2008. Sav 15.8.2008 Changed
1.8. Praha Sen ordered DVD of all external sewage system in Korunní Dvůr by AVAK. DVD was submitted to Praha Sen last week. Copy of DVD was also given to R3 for Mrs.Popenkova to authorized expert opinion. Based on the result of this research Praha Sen is going to claim possible damages by Strabag. In case Strabag refuse to rectify damages in reasonable time. Praha Sen will order rectification by other contractor. Solution and a timetable for rectification of these defects will be subject to approval by the Praha Sen and the R3/Condominium. Praha Sen/Savant/R3 will inform each other on 2nd September 2008 about the development of this issue. The aim is to rectify sewage latest by winter 2008. PS/Sav 2.9.2008 Changed
1.9. Roof works. Praha Sen received general list of description of problems on the roofs of Korunní Dvůr. Praha Sen needs detail list of items that have to be rectified on the roofs so that correction can be ordered. This is also opinion of R3. Savant was invited for the meeting with R3 and Mrs Popenkova to coordinate time schedule of visiting and reports on 14th August 2008. Sav/R3 14.8.2008
1.10. Detailed report of the problems on the roofs will be prepared by R3 (Mrs. Popenková ) in cooperation with Savant. This list will be prepared by end of August 2008. R3/Sav 31.8.2008

1.12. We estimate that time needed for finishing of rectification of defects on the roofs is by 30th November 2008 Sav 30.11.2008
1.13. Actual Map of leakages will be sent by Savant to R3 on 6th August 2008. Completed. Checking of the works on site was held on Monday 13th August 2008. Strabag continues the works on reparation and wants to finish correction by 18th August 2008. Sav/STR 18.8.2008
1.14. Ventilation of staircases. Praha Sen ordered by Optimal checking the capacities of the fans installed downstairs of the common areas in all buildings. It is necessary to check whether STR delivered fans of the same technical parameters as stated in design documentation. It is necessary to inspect in all buildings at what temperature the thermostat sensors starts fans and whether the dampers are going to be properly opened after the fans start to deliver the fresh air. The results and possible improvements will be notified to R3 by 31.8.2008 Sav 31.8.2008
1.15. Heating in apartments. Praha Sen is in the procedure to order the improvement of regulation of the convectors in all apartments. R3 will be informed about the results by end of August 2008. The R3/condominium will be responsible for securing of access of the contractor of Praha Sen to the apartments. It is supposed that every day it will be rectified 10 convectors. It total the works will take approximately 3 months. Sav 31.8.2008
1.16. Sobotecká entrance. Finished entrance will be hand over to R3 on 3rd September 2008. Sav/R3 3.9.2008
1.17. Retaining wall by building K. Praha Sen organized repeated geodesist measurement of that wall and ordered expert opinion by structural engineer. Both result of measurements and report will be hand over to R 3 by end of August 2008. Sav 31.8.2008
1.18. Wires of the greenery. Will be completed in August and it will be hand over to R3 on 3rd September 2008. Sav/R3 3.9.2008
1.19. Savant and R3 will check all doors closer stoppers in the entire project. Door closers and stoppers will be hand over to R3 on 3rd September 2008. Sav/R3 3.9.2008
2. Items from 14th August 2008
2.1. Facades: Praha Sen received general list of description of problems of the thermal insulation damages and cracks and rips of facades on project of Korunní Dvůr. Praha Sen needs detail list of items that have to be rectified on the facades so that correction can be ordered. This is also opinion of R3. Making of detailed list will be discussed on the next meeting on the beginning of September 2008. Sav/R3 2.9.2008
2.2. Short circuits in electrical installations: Savant request Dalkia to research this broken staff so that rectification could be ordered by Praha Sen. Savant inform R3 about results by 2nd September 2008. Sav 2.9.2008
2.3. Lighting conductor in building K was completed. Praha Sen/Savant wants to hand over finish conductor to R3 on September 2008. Sav/R3 09/2008
2.4. Unfinished ceilings, walls, floors: Praha Sen installed suspended ceilings in lobbies of A1 and A2 in order to cover ventilation pipes. There were installed covers of the lamps in the common areas as well. Praha Sen/Savant wants to hand over these works to R3 on September 2008. Sav/R3 09/2008
2.5. Sunken paving: Strabag started rectification of some places. Corrected places will be checked by Savant/R3 on September 2008 in case reparation will be sufficient hand over will follow. Sav/R3 09/2008
2.6. Greenery: According to Praha Sen/Strabag opinion the correction of greenery should wait until the rectification of sunken sewage will be finished. note
2.7. Rectification of wires for greenery was completed and Praha Sen/Savant wants to hand over this to R3 on September 2008. Sav/R3 09/2008
2.8. Automatic irrigation sensor were ordered by Praha Sen. Gardening company informed Savant that it is not possible to install sensors correctly as the irrigation system is not possible manually put in operation. Same part of control unit in the main switchboard was stolen. Savant informed about that PPM and Dalkia. R3 suggested to organize mutual meeting of Gardening company, Dalkia and Savant in order to solve that issue. R3/Sav 09/2008
2.9. Savant suggests that covers of the electrical manholes in lawns will be paved with stones and the plastic drainage covers will be replaced for walk able ones. Savant and R3 will inspect the manholes on the beginning of September 2008. Sav/R3 09/2008
2.10. Fountains. Praha Sen/Savant asked CMC to improve design and technical solution avoiding flushing of the water. After finding solution Savant will inform R3. Sav 09/2008
2.11. Glassed roofs. Savant asked Fenestra to offer technical solution to avoid flushing of the water from the glassed roof above the entrance to garages (to building L). The technical solution will be discussed with R3 on the next meeting. Sav/R3 2.9.2008
2.12. Rust of metal parts. Savant claimed this issue by Strabag. In the mean time Savant started reparation of rust of metal parts on façade of building A. The extend and the way of reparation on other parts will be discussed with R3 on the next meeting. Sav/R3 3.9.2008
2.13. Garage pits. Praha Sen supplied and hand over 3 pumps to PPM. Covers of the pits will be agreed between Savant and R3 on the beginning of September 2008. Sav/R3 3.9.2008
2.14. Weak relays. R3 will verify by condominium this issue so that possible correction could be ordered and managed by Savant. R3 3.9.2008
2.15. Convectors in corridors were accepted by condominium and these will be hand over to R3 together with staircases on the beginning of September 2008. Sav/R3 3.9.2008
2.16. Publicity accessible panels. Praha Sen ordered by Savant safety covers on electrical switchboards so that control knob could not be operated by public. Praha Sen/Savant wants to hand over these works to R3 on September 2008 Sav/R3 3.9.2008
2.17. Overpressure solution missing. It was not part of design documentation. R3 will very by authorized expert Mr. Popenková if this measure had to be obligation of design documentation. In parallel Praha Sen is going to ask opinion of CMC. This issue will be discussed on the next meeting. Sav/R3 3.9.2008
2.18. Outer blinders. Savant contacted Strabag and its subcontractor with request to rectify louvers as soon as possible. Part of the rectification has to revision whether the anchoring and guides of louvers were designed for appropriate load from louvers, wind and snow in region of Prague. Savant will inform R3 on the next meeting. Sav 2.9.2008
2.19. Boilers. Strabag ordered by Dalkia installation of anodes to the boilers in order to stop rusting. These works were stopped by Savant as R3 requested first to work out authorized expert opinion in order to clarify if the existing rusted boilers can be saved by anodes. In case the proposed solution will be found insufficient. R3 will request replacement of rusted boilers. Savant is going to try to secure authorized expert who would be able to work out expertise in September 2008. Sav 2.9.2008
2.20. Garage gate from Sobotecká street. These gates were rectified by Stabag however condominium is not satisfied with reparation. R3/Savant will agree on the next meeting what has to be still rectified. Sav/R3 2.9.2008
2.21. Next meeting will be held in offices of Praha Sen since 8.00am till 10am on Tuesday 2nd September 2008.
