 1.1. Savant and Dalkia started process of hand over of finished items part one of Dalkia.  26 items were completed another 4 has to be rectified. Items were handed over to R3.  1.2. Sewerage: Savant will specify items regarding sewage from list of defect from condominium dated 14th December 2007.  There are 2 items No.3 and No.60. R3 requested Savant/Dalkia to measure together slopes of sewage pipes in garages on problematic places and to compare slopes of these places with slopes stated in design documentation.  Sav 15.1.2009 Changed 
 1.3. Praha Sen ordered DVD of all external sewage system in Korunní Dvůr by AVAK.  Copy of DVD was submitted to R3 for Mrs.Popenkova to authorized expert opinion.  Based on the results from Mrs. Popenkova R3 requested Savant to correct parts of rain and waste water sewages which are without sufficient slope or which are damaged.  Savant/Praha Sen will order rectification. Solution and a timetable for rectification of these defects will be submitted for approval to R3/Condominium by 31st January 2009.   PS/Sav 31.1.2008 Changed
 1.4. Roof works. Praha Sen received general list of description of problems on the roofs of Korunní Dvůr. Praha Sen needs detail list of items that have to be rectified on the roofs so that correction can be ordered. This is also opinion of R3. Savant/Praha Sen ordered roof inspection with skilled contactor, approved by R3. The result of the survey will be list of damages needed to be corrected.  Solution and a timetable for rectification of these defects will be submitted for approval to R3/Condominium by 31st January 2009.   Sav/R3 31.1.2008 Changed
 1.5. Mr. Popenkova is going to work out her expert opinion without roofs.  R3/Sav  Omitted 
 1.12. The time needed for finishing of rectification of defects on the roofs will be set based on the results of item 1.4. of this report.  Sav  Omitted 
 1.13. Actual map of leakages was sent by Savant to R3 on 30th October 2008. Strabag continues the works on leakages. Savant provides monitoring. Savant asked R3 to do together inspection of leakages in order to get approval to start surface correction and painting on agreed areas.   Sav/STR 8.12.2008 Changed
 1.14. Ventilation of staircases. Based on the inspection of staircases provided by Savant/Optimal, Praha Sen informed R3 about technical solution of staircases ventilation. R3 asked for final design documentation, technical description and authorized fire report. It was agreed that the cables will be led in the walls or in the vertical shafts were it is possible. Savant is planning the start the works in January 2009 and by this time will issue the requested documentation for approval by R3.  Sav 15.1.2009 Changed
 1.15. Heating in apartments.  Savant on behalf of Praha Sen ordered regulation of the convectors including moving of the air valves from shaft in top apartments.  It is supposed that every day it will be rectified 10 convectors. Savant is trying to get accesses to all apartments but inn many cases Savant is not be able to approach the owners. R3 approved solution of installing of the regulation valves to convectors in all apartments under fulfillment of 2 conditions. First condition: Savant is going to secure 100% control of functioning of air-valves in the top of the pipes risers. Second condition: Refilling of the heating system with water will be done under supervision of Dalkia and Savant. In case Dalkia will be ask for assistance after their regular working hours, purposely spent time of Dalkia will be compensate by Praha Sen. Savant is going to prepare time schedule for moving of AIR VALVES and for regulation of convectors for next meeting..  Sav 18.12.2008 Changed
 1.16. Sobotecká entrance.  Finished entrance will be hand over to R3 on 3rd September 2008. Completed.  Sav/R3  Completed
 1.17. Retaining wall by building K. Praha Sen organized repeated geodesist measurement of that wall and ordered expert opinion by structural engineer. Both result of measurements and report were submitted to R 3.   Sav  18.12.2008 
 1.18. Wires of the greenery. Will be completed in August and it will be hand over to R3 on 3rd September 2008.  Completed.  Sav/R3  Completed
 1.19. Savant and R3 will check all doors closer stoppers in the entire project. A door to G – self closers has to be set up.    Sav/R3 23.12.2008 Changed
 2. Items from 14th August 2008   
 2.1. Facades: Praha Sen received general list of description of problems of the thermal insulation damages and cracks and rips of facades on project of Korunní Dvůr. Praha Sen needs detail list of items that have to be rectified on the facades so that correction can be ordered. R3 submitted section of Mrs. Popenkova report regarding the problems of Facades to be solved. Savant will study this document and the way of correction and time schedule has to be approved by R3.   Sav/R3 31.1.2009 Changed
 2.2. Short circuits in electrical installations: R3 requested Dalkia to research that issue so that rectification could be ordered by Praha Sen.  R 3  issued list of external lamp which are out of order. Solution and a timetable for rectification of these lamps will be submitted for approval to R3/Condominium by 15th January 2009.   Sav 15.1.2009 Changed
 2.3. Lighting conductor in building K was completed.  Sav/R3 09/2008 Completed
 2.4. Unfinished ceilings, walls, floors: There are following items which have to be rectified in building A1 and A2. The uneven gypsum wall in the vertical shaft next to the staircases of A1, cracks on the top in the vertical shaft A2.  Not rectified dilatation joints in corridors.  2.5. Sunken paving: R3 issued to Savant section of Mrs. Popenkova report regarding the problems of sunken paving. Savant will study this document and the way of correction and time schedule has to be approved by R3.   Sav/R3 18.12.2008 Changed
 2.6. Greenery: According to Praha Sen opinion the correction of greenery should wait until the rectification of sunken sewage will be finished.  R3 issued to Savant section of Mrs. Popenkova report regarding the problems of greenery.  2.7. Automatic irrigation sensor were ordered by Praha Sen. R3 requested not to install the irrigation systems before the winter 2008 and wait with this after the greenery will be corrected  R3/Sav  05/2009 
 2.8. Savant suggests that covers of the electrical manholes in lawns will be paved with stones and the plastic drainage covers will be replaced for walk able ones. Savant and R3 will inspect the manholes on the beginning of November 2008.   Sav/R3 11/2008 
 2.9. Fountains. Savant checked the slopes of the fountains and found out that these were made according the design. R3 reminded to Savant that there is still a leakage from fountain to garage.   Sav 01/2009 Changed
 2.10. Glassed roofs. Savant repeatedly asked Fenestra to offer technical solution to avoid flushing of the water from the glassed roof above the entrance to garages (to building L).  The technical solution will be discussed with R3 on the next meeting.  Sav/R3 18.12.2008 Changed
 2.11. Rust of metal parts. Savant claimed this issue by Strabag. In the mean time Savant finished reparation of rust of metal parts on façade of building A. The extent and the way of reparation on other parts will be discussed with R3 on January 2009.  Sav/R3 31.1.2009 Changed
 2.12. Garage pits. Praha Sen supplied and hand over 3 pumps to PPM. Covers of the pits will be agreed between Savant and R3 on the beginning of September 2008. Pump were installed and  has to be tested by on the common meeting of Dalkia/R3/Savant.  Sav/R3 15.1.2009 Changed
 2.13. Weak relays. This issue was omitted as there was no evidence of problems regarding this issue.    Sav/R3  Omitted
 2.14. R3 informed Savant that Condominium will probably ask for compensation for not easily improving detail of sunken grids of convectors in common areas. R3 asked to leave this item as unfinished item in the list from condominium.   Sav/R3 info 
 2.15. Publicity accessible panels. Praha Sen ordered by Savant safety covers on electrical switchboards so that the control knob could not be operated by public. Covers were accepted by R3. completed.   Sav/R3 10/2008 Completed
 2.16. Overpressure solution missing. It was not part of design documentation.  R3 consulted this issue with PPM and there was not proved connection between damages on water main and overpressure in system.  Sav/R3 11/2008 Omitted
 2.17. Outer blinders. Savant contacted Strabag and its subcontractor with request to rectify louvers as soon as possible. Part of the rectification has to revision whether the anchoring and guides of louvers were designed for appropriate load from louvers, wind and snow in region of Prague.  2.18. Boilers. Strabag ordered by Dalkia installation of anodes to the boilers in order to stop rusting. These works were stopped by Savant as R3 requested first to work out authorized expert opinion in order to clarify if the existing rusted boilers can be saved by anodes. In case the proposed solution will be found insufficient. R3 requests replacement of rusted boilers.  Sav 18.12.2008 Changed
 2.19. Garage gate from Sobotecká street was corrected in May 2008 and since that time the gate is in operation without difficulties. Gate is considered as corrected. Issue is completed.  Sav/R3 9/2008 Completed
 2.20. Savat informed R3 about collision with the co-owner of building D during the correction of defects in building D. R3 approved to Savant the co-owner has no right to prevent correction of damages in common areas.      Info  
 4.1.   Final hand over protocols were signed by Savant/R3. In total 176 items from condominium list were corrected.   Info
